Raw Material: Carbon Steel, or High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
Delta Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Welding → Flat Forming → Polishing 

Round Plate and Upper Plate: Punching → Polishing 

2nd Step:
Welding Assembly → Zinc Plated (incl. Yellow Zinc Plated, Blue Zinc Plated or Nickle Plated) → (Marking Or Without Marking As Per Customer's Requirement)

3rd Step:
Tooling Injection with ABS or other material. 

Final Step:
Assembling and packing.

Installation: 
Try to choose a versatile tie-down spot that will be convenient for all kinds of loads, corners of truck beds and trailers are often optimal. 
Fix and install the tie-down anchor on the surface.
