Pan Fitting is made of Alloy Steel with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.
Raw Material: High Strength Alloy Steel, or Carbon Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
D Ring: 
1) Stamping the Flat Steel → Flat Forming → Polishing 
2) Square Pin: Cutting → Machining → Drilling → Tapping → Polishing 
3) Pin: Cutting → Machining → Polishing
4) D Ring Assembling → Zinc Plated

Washer: Cutting → Machining → Drilling → Tapping → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Screw: Cutting → Cold Heading → Machining  → Thread Rolling → Zinc Plated

Bracket: Punching → Polishing → Zinc Plated

2nd Step:
Assembling & Packing.

Machines:

1. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine); 

2. Stamping and marking machine (Laser marking machine); 

3. Automatic Steel Wire Rod Stamping Machine; 

4. Vibratory polishing machine (or Centrifugal Polishing Machine, or Electro-polishing Machine); 

5. High Power Welding Machine (Europe Tig Welding Machine); 

6. Riveting Maching;

Installation: 
Try to choose a versatile tie-down spot that will be convenient for all kinds of loads, corners of truck beds and trailers are often optimal. 
Fix and install the tie-down anchor on the surface.
