Surface Mounted Tie Down Anchor Kit With D Ring

Pan Fitting is made of Alloy Steel (or Carbon Steel) with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.

Raw Material: High Strength Alloy Steel, or Carbon Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
D Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Welding → Flat Forming → Polishing 

Fixing Bracket: Punching  → Polishing

D type Bracket: Punching  → Polishing 

2nd Step:
Assemling all parts and welding (Tig Welding) → Zinc Plated; packing.


Machines:

1. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine);  

2. Stamping and marking machine (Laser marking machine); 

3. Vibratory polishing machine; 

4. Tig Welding Machine;



Installation:
