Raw Material: High Strength Alloy Steel, or Carbon Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
Locking Buckle: Stamping the Steel Plate → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Bolt: Cutting →  Machining (Turning & Milling) → Drilling → Thread Rolling → Deburring → Polishing → Zinc Plated 

Compression Spring: Spring Coiling (with Spring Steel) → Zinc Plated 

Cup Washer: Cutting Steel Pipe → Machining → Polishing → Zinc Plated 

2nd Step:
Assembling with Stainless Steel Slotted Cylindrical Spring Pin  → Installing Cup Washer, Compression Spring & Hexagon Nylon Insert Lock Nut → Packing
