Anti-luce Fastener Bolt / Drop Lock Bolt is made of Alloy Steel with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish. 

Raw Material: High Strength Alloy Steel, or Carbon Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
Locking Buckle: Stamping the Steel Plate  → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Bolt: Cutting → Cold Heading →  Machining (Turning & Milling) → Drilling → Thread Rolling → Deburring → Polishing → Zinc Plated 

2nd Step:
Assembling with Stainless Steel Slotted Cylindrical Spring Pin → Packing
