Processing Flow:

1. The ball blank: We have all kinds of molding sizes and use high precision friction press to forge the ball blanks.

2. Machining: CNC machine, Processing Center, Coreless Grinding Machine, Drilling Machine , Polishing Machine, High precision wire rolling machine.

3. Heat treatment: Mesh belt furnace , high-frequency quenching , Tempering treatment.

4. Polishing : Do three polishing before Electroplating.

5. Surface: The hitch ball is chrome plated (Zinc plated, Silver plated, brass plated, Nickel plated) according to industry standard.

6. Salt Spray Test 48 Hrs.
