D Ring is made of Rugged Steel with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.
Raw Material: Carbon Steel, or High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.)
Processing Flow:
Forging (Die Casting) the Cylinder Rod (Incl. Marking Or Without Marking) → Cutting → Polishing → Bending → Welding
Blanking → Punching → Marking (Or Without Marking)

1. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine);
2. Stamping and marking machine (Laser marking machine);
3. Automatic Steel Pipe Cutting Machine;
4. Vibratory polishing machine;
5. High Power Welding Machine;
Installation:
