Processing Flow: 1st Step:
D Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod → Bending → Welding → Flat Forming → Polishing
Round Bracket: Punching → Chamfering → Polishing
Stamping the Ring Fixing Bracket→ Assemble the D Ring onto the Ring Fixing Bracket and Round Bracket → Welding → Zinc Plated
2nd Step:
Spring Plate: Stamping (Spring Steel) → Polishing → Zinc Plated
Bolt: Cutting (Alloy Steel hexagonal bar) → Machining → Thread Rolling → Zinc Plated
Hexagon nut: Cutting (Alloy Steel hexagonal bar) → Machining → Tapping → Zinc Plated
Final Step:
Assembling and packing.

Installation:

Place the mounting backplate down on the area where you want to install the D ring and use the mounting holes to draw diagonal lines so that you get a perfectly centered spot.
Use the center spot to cut a hole using a hole saw and/or chisel. Be careful to double-check all applicable dimensions before cutting.
If you are using a mounting plate, insert it on the Trailer underside and secure your tie-down anchor with bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Fix and install the tie-down anchor on the surface.
