Recessed Tie Down Anchor Kit With O Ring Pan Fitting is made of Caron Steel (or Alloy Steel) with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.
Raw Material: Carbon Steel, or High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.)
Processing Flow: 1st Step:
O Ring: Casting → Drilling → Polishing → Zinc Plated
Bracket: Punching → Polishing → Zinc Plated
Pin: Cold Heading (with Carbon Steel or High Strength Alloy Steel) → Machining → Polishing (Vibratory polishing) → Zinc Plated
Spring: Spring Coiling (with Spring Steel) → Zinc Plated
2nd Step:
Riveting Assembly

Installation:

Place the mounting backplate down on the area where you want to install the D Ring and use the mounting holes to draw diagonal lines so that you get a perfectly centered spot.
Use the center spot to cut a hole using a hole saw and/or chisel. Be careful to double-check all applicable dimensions before cutting.
If you are using a mounting plate, insert it on the trailer underside and secure your tie-down anchor with bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Fix and install the tie-down anchor on the surface.
