Deck Lashing Ring is made of Caron Steel (or Alloy Steel) with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.

Raw Material: Carbon Steel, or High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
Oval Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Flat Forming → Welding → Polishing 

Fixing Plate: Stamping → Assembling the Oval Ring onto the Fixing Plate and Stamping → Polishing

Zinc Plated

2nd Step:
Assembly and Packing.
