Deck Lashing Ring is made of Stainless Steel (or Alloy Steel, carbon steel) with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.

Raw Material: Stainless steel, or Carbon Steel, High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
O Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Flat Forming → Welding → Polishing 

Clevis Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Flat Forming → Polishing

Fixing Plate: Stamping → Drilling → Polishing

2nd Step:
Welding the Clevis Ring onto the Fixing Plate with O Ring → Polishing → Packing.

1. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine); 

2. Stamping and marking machine (Laser marking machine); 

3. Automatic Steel Wire Rod Stamping Machine; 

4. Vibratory polishing machine (or Centrifugal Polishing Machine, or Electro-polishing Machine); 

5. High Power Welding Machine (Europe Tig Welding Machine);
