Pan Fitting is made of Stainless Steel with shining finish.
Raw Material: Stainless Steel 304/316 (or Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel). (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
D Ring: Stamping the Stainless Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Welding → Flat Forming → Polishing

Bracket: Punching → Polishing 

2nd Step:
Assembling D Ring onto the Bracket and Stamping;  packing.

Machines:

1. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine); 

2. Stamping and marking machine (Laser marking machine); 

3. Automatic Steel Wire Rod Stamping Machine; 

4. Vibratory polishing machine (or Centrifugal Polishing Machine, or Electro-polishing Machine); 

5. High Power Welding Machine (Europe Tig Welding Machine); 

Installation: 
Try to choose a versatile tie-down spot that will be convenient for all kinds of loads, corners of truck beds and trailers are often optimal. 
Fix and install the tie-down anchor on the surface.
