Pan Fitting is made of Alloy Steel with a corrosion-resistant durable zinc plated finish.

Raw Material: High Strength Alloy Steel, or Carbon Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing Flow:

1st Step:
D Ring: Stamping the Steel Wire Rod  → Bending → Welding → Flat Forming → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Fixing Bracket: Punching → Polishing → Zinc Plated

Bracket: Punching → Polishing → Zinc Plated

2nd Step:
Riveting Assembling & Packing.

Machines:

1. Punching press machine (High power precision stamping machine); 

2. Stamping and marking machine (Laser marking machine); 

3. Automatic Steel Wire Rod Stamping Machine; 

4. Vibratory polishing machine (or Centrifugal Polishing Machine, or Electro-polishing Machine); 

5. High Power Welding Machine (Europe Tig Welding Machine); 

6. Riveting Maching;

Installation: 
Try to choose a versatile tie-down spot that will be convenient for all kinds of loads, corners of truck beds and trailers are often optimal.
Place the mounting backplate down on the area where you want to install the D ring and use the mounting holes to draw diagonal lines so that you get a perfectly centered spot.
Use the center spot to cut a hole using a hole saw and/or chisel. Be careful to double-check all applicable dimensions before cutting.

If you are using a mounting plate, insert it on the Trailer underside and secure your tie-down anchor with bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
